  • We have a Local option at checkout (Leongatha) This is so we can drop packages locally and there is no postage charge. We are more than happy for people to use this option if they work locally or come over on a regular basis. We also travel around the area, just check with us and we may be able to deliver if we are headed your way. Please send us a message or call via 0447 714 216 {Cheryl} our email jorgiakateclothing@.gmail.com to organise and confirm this.
  • Please note this is your responsibility to get in touch with us as to direct us where your order needs to go local.
  • Items are shipped exclusively with Australia Post with a tracking number
  • Free Shipping on all orders over $100.
    Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $100 (3-5 business days)
    $14.95 Express post available (1-3 business days).
  • International shipping can be arranged, please contact us for a price at jorgiakateclothing@gmail.com.
  • Orders placed before 1.00pm EST, Monday-Friday are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed out of these hours or on weekends, public holidays will be posted the next business day.
  • Please be aware that during busy peak seasons, and promotional events there could be delay.
  • If you would like to enquire where your order is after it has left JorgiaKate please contact us and we will be able to check where its at via the tracking number.

Returns

Please read our returns and shipping policy carefully before purchasing. By shopping with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

We want you to be happy with your purchases, but for any reason it’s not appropriate for you or you need to change size we are happy for you to return your items/s on the provision that the following conditions have been meet.

  • Size availability, please email us at jorgiakateclothing@gmail.com to receive confirmation.
  • Items must  have still in place original packaging, tags, spare buttons etc.
  • Items need to be returned within 10 business days from the date on your original invoice with proof of purchase.
  • All costs for exchange/ return is at buyers expense.
  • Items are your responsibility until they reach our PO Box. Only use Australia Post satchel with tracking and insurance so it arrives safely back to us.
  • No exchanges/returns on all sale and final sale items during a promotional period.
  • We reserve the right to return your items if they do not meet the conditions above.

Received a faulty item?

Firstly we apologise, we do check every item before we send it out, but sometimes we can miss things.

A replacement will be offered, this will be subject to us having it in stock,if not we give you a full refund in the form of a gift card including post.

Please note, check your item once you have received it and let us know within 10 days of any faults, if it’s any longer we may not be able to accept.

Please follow the care instructions on the label as we cannot accept returns on mistreated items.

Please note color and dye runs can look different in photo's we do our best to give a fair representation of the product but sometimes this is out of our control.
